Refund Policy 💸

### ORDER CANCELLATION 
All orders placed with Val Naïf can be canceled until they are shipped. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please ensure to contact us  within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
### REFUNDS 
In the event that you have not received your ordered product within 45 days, you are entitled to request either a refund or a reshipment . Please allow 8 to 15 days for your package to be delivered.
If you have received an incorrect item , you have the option to request a refund or a reshipment .
Should you decide that you do not want the product you received, you may request a refund. However, please note that the item must be returned unused and at your expense (as described in the Shipping & Returns Policy) .
Refund requests can be submitted within 30 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days) has elapsed. Please send your refund requests via email to support@valnaif.com.
Upon approval of your refund, it will be processed, and the credited amount will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
